Looks like a HazMat suit, which has decontamination policies in place. You don't just scuba dive into shit, there are people that help facility that. It's not as simple as just strapping your stuff,

I used to work at a treatment plant here in the States and we processed sewage the same way. But, BUT, if machinery broke down in the digesters we fucking drained the shit out before going in to fix it!!!!!!!!!! What's wrong with fucking Australia?!?
