If I saw that, I would get in their way to stop them, intentionally raming them if I had to and drag them out of their car and beat them for that bullshit.
People have died because of inconsiderate assholes like that... children have died.
Downvote all you want, but beyond your general "failing to maintain vehicle" laws, in several states failing to clear snow from your vehicle is a specific ticketable offense, even arrestable.
A few years ago in NH, a six year old girl died because the driver in front of her family's car failed to properly clear snow and deice.
I live in Alaska, and I totally get why people in warmer climates freak out - they're not used to (or often prepared for) snowy weather. Up here we have systems in place to take care of it. I mean, if a heat wave of 100+ degrees hit up here, a lot of people would freak out and some would die because we're not prepared for it. Being happy with where you live is cool, but we need to chill on the whole superiority thing.

Im from Phoenix, Arizona and moved to Michigan and i freaked out when i saw more then an inch of snow (first snowfall I've experienced) so for me moving to Austin would be an improvement
We have the infrastructure for what we think is necessary based on simple pattern recognition and budgeting. Do you not think? Maybe all the snow numbed your tiny brain.
South be like - "oh a cat 2 hurricane? I brought the beer"
