The only problem is that if this was in the US, he'd be sued so fast he's teleport to the past.

I'd like to know the backstory of this.. was he:
a) trying to stop a robbery? Or
b) randomly throwing his bike at people coz he's angry or sad, or
c) waiting for the right moment to return the bike he borrowed from his friend?
