My German teacher used to remark that American students all have the same handwriting, prompting me to wonder how the heck teachers in Germany read the stuff if it's all so different.

Does that mean that a standardized typeface like on a particular website is just all speaking in robotic voices?

I guess, it kind of generalized something that is actually really personal. But our way of speaking comes through in how we type also, so I guess it's a robotic voice with attitude
