That's in Boston... I was waiting in line with basically that view... it was irritated me so much that after the event I had to walk by it just to see what was going on. Its essentially an optical illusion created by the design.

Okay, I think I get it. It must be a triangle and the far side it angled enough that from this pov you can't see it.

The matrix really needs to get all these bugs under control.
