O god I have a 8 year old. Alright new plan does ebay sell those sanitizing rooms they have in movies where they walk in and it sanatizes you from head to toe?
Can you please place a buy button on here if so? lol
Any of our hands, after being outside or in a public place, would have this much bacteria

That's how kids build immune systems. You don't need sanitizer unless you're exposed to crazy diseases like hospital workers are. Hot water and soap will kill any unnecessary bacteria. We need some bacteria on our skin to help protect it, which is why hand sanitizer isn't good for you.
Same reason why there seems to be an allergy spike (especially towards food). Children NEED to be exposed to nuts, eggs, wheat, whatnot early to build a tolerance.
Actually sometimes being exposed to nuts TOO young can cause allergies, but I understand what you're saying, children should be exposed to a large variety of food items etc to build tolerance.
There are more natural flora (aka symbiotic bacteria) on/in the human body than there are human cells.
Flora of the hand lives on/in the dead Keratin cells of the skin.
More than likely, many of the microbe growths shown on this agar gel are the child's natural flora.
Because natural flora is highly competitive for real-estate, the majority of pathogens that children/adults picked up are actually destroyed by normal flora. The very few that do are usually phagocytized by macrophages/neutrophils.
And the ones that get past that make us sick, BUT the immune system creates antibodies to fight and protect against future infection from the same organism.
So, in short, this picture isn't really that scary. Let your kids get sick, I makes their immune systems stronger
