Basically it goes like this, The first time you have sex between a man and a woman its a marriage in God's eyes, Therefore if you have sex you're married to that person. Now, if you have sex with someone else your both committing adultery because you were already married and the new person is having sex with someone who was already married. Before you jump in with divorce, there are several specific instances of what is deemed an acceptable reason for divorce. However there are also rules that apply specifically for people that have been divorced if they want to marry again. Death is your only free pass. If your spouse dies your good to go and marry the next schmuck in line. As for raping the New Testament lists that as a no go and the Old Testament dealt with it by stoning/killing/executing/ the rapist.

Hmm... I suppose you could both credit and blame God for Trump, but it's really more that God allows us to choose. So we choose our leaders and God allows it so God lets the leader be a leader. Of course its not like we prove one way or the other but if God decides a leader is done I would guess He's got a lot of ways to get rid of them.
