We use Texas to describe things are large. For example, a large piece of toasted bread is known as Texas Toast in America.

Big slices of bread slathered in garlic bread is popular jest about everywhere, but you don't see it being called Nebraska Toast, or Washington Toast.

I've never heard of someone using Texas as an adjective like that but you can be sure if the Texan here about it, they will definitely start using it.

A Norwegian here And Yes, we actually do use the Word Texas as an adjective. For eksempel if I have been to an event that was chaotic with lots of people, i could say "it was totally Texas"
