I don't think there's any rule against having a non-human species as president, but there is the age limit. We could have a turtle though!

You know he survived a murder attempt a dog attacked him but he lived but they say he got hurt bad. Also I don't know if yall know but he is named Stubbs because he doesn't have a tail.
