An IKEA in Germany installed a 'Parking lot for dogs'

Isn't it a bit dangerous?

Am I the only one that thinks this is kind of sad? People spend hours in ikea and the poor dog has to lie there by itself in whatever weather. ... I guess it would cost more for the company, because you would need a dog sitter, but I feel like if they had a big pen where you could leave your dog that would better, because then the dogs could at least socialize.

Barking lot!

My dog would probably hate this. Not only the fear of being left alone but also other dogs who are probably barking, people that might try to pet her.

Better than leaving them locked in cars, which is what too many people in US do.
