My thoughts exactly. And who's the irresponsible genius who thought it was a good idea to drag a kid into a fight with super powered assassins ect just to try to one up his "friends"
SPOILERS SO TAG URSELF OUT CHANGETHEWORLD

Is it just me or did Tony do a really bad job of explaining what they were fighting for? Apparently all Tony told him was that Cap was a bad person? Adding in the kids age his entire involvement is a dick move
I was willing to let things slide with Stark but then he mistreated Wanda, and then kept mistreating her, and I got angry. She's just a kid, desperately trying to get control of her powers. She's terrified and he thought the best solution was house arrest. A prison is still a prison.
Ok now that I've seen it, I just want to add YES, THANK YOU!

This is why I couldn't side with Stark. All of the decisions he makes in the movie are based on emotional response. Sure Steve had Bucky, but Steve was going to stand up for an innocent man regardless. Stark actually says in the film that **MILD SPOILER** he is doing what he does to kinda make amends with Pepper and to clear his conscience. Cap knows that the government's have bigger hidden agendas, and he knows that HYDRA is still out there. The Avengers have made mistakes, but only while stopping something worse. Sorry, Tony.
Okay yup, Tony messed up real bad on age of ultron, but on the avengers, it was loki who came up here and did all stuff, and washington dc was this guy who worshipped hydra, and there was a lot of damage as in new mexico where loki sent the destroyer (where they don't mention idk why though), and others, still, i don't believe it's all tony's fault, yet of course is none of the avengers, but we'll see how the united nations react at thanos and his inminent attack soon !!!!!
"More like /you/ need to be put in check."
