Try three at the same time. Or mixing Dutch and English words, topping it of with German grammar.

I speak three fluently and understand around six. It can get confusing lol. Also i have this on a shirt but with french instead of german

I do that with English, Spanish, Japanese, and occasionally even in Sign Language (can think of the sign before the word).
