Just make it subtle that you like them. Easy advice from a girl. If they don't get it, try a bit harder. Don't force it in their face

As a girl, I think u should flat out say, "I'm interested/intrigued by you, we should grab a coffee." Then at coffee u find ou if you're comparable or not. This will work with someone u just met, or someone you've know for ages.
