Isaac Asimov stuff is pure fiction. There is no way of programming it, and even if they were.. Asimov's stories are purely based on how they DON'T work. So yeah.
For those who didn't research this.
The AI gains information based on its previous conversations. Earlier in that conversation the robot asked what a zoo was and a person said "A place where we put loved animals".
The robot wished to please the person and later said it wanted to put it in a people zoo, which to the robot meant that it wanted to put people in a place where they can be loved
