That was the intention, yep. But a cursive "b" isn't a full loop, it loops out like an l and then pops up. A cursive f is what has an upper loop and then a lower one. So....lufe.

Every handwriting looks different and everyone individualizes some letters. To me it clearly is a 'b' and looks nothing like a 'f'
