Agreed! I've made a promise to never work in hospitality ever again. I wanted to do this on a daily basis, how rude people are to you like you're a slave. To be honest I think usually she woulda just dealt with it and they just happened to catch her 'snapping point'. Luckily I work with animals now. I don't care when they make a mess for me, cause at least they don't do it intentionally.
