This is indeed a a selfie taken buy JAXA astronaut Aki Hoshide on orbit. The trick is, is that someone added the Earth to background with a bit of photoshop jiggery-pokery.

It kinda pisses me off a bit actually... it's like what? An astronaut taking a selfie on an EVA while ON ORBIT while assigned to the ISS which has been permanently crewed for over 20 years not fucking exciting enough for you? You insisted on sprucing the pic up a bit and fuck up the resolution in the process.
