But there are also the kids who go home and then go play video games for hours or waste time on social media or watch tv and then when they have a couple hours of homework and studying to do, stay up super late and complain that school is hard and they are overworked.
valid point but as someone that has a procrastination problem that is sometimes "that kid," its because after getting up early and going to school to work for 8 hours looking foward to the end of the day the last thing you wanna do when you go home is more schoolwork, and then next thing you know its 1 am :/
So the teacher of the year is the one who allow the kids sleep instead of learn??
The teacher of the year would be one who would work with the child to correct the reasons they were too tired to learn in the first place. Anything less is a disservice to the child and parent.
It was only once that I fell asleep in classes, we were watching a film about sediments, and as if that wasn't already boring enough, the sound didn't work, so our geology teacher (who was about 60) just narrated along, and his voice and intonation were like a sleeping pill
