Everyone should do this. You should have water, batteries, packaged food and medication. There are a lot of things that could temporarily mess up the infrastructure. Storm, flood, earthquake, zombies, tribbles...
Okay so I just googled (concerned german here as well, hi), and the warning said to not only have supplies for food and water for ten days, but also cash. Rumours have it that maybe there might be a financial crisis ahead
Yeah, I kind of had the feeling they didn't want it to seem like a big deal... Which makes it even scarier
