Especially if it isn't cearl or something they grab to eat as they go. If it is a sit down breakfast and it isn't a restaurant and it is everyday. They REALLY must have their life in order. Lol

I'm someone who eats a big breakfast every morning (usually eggs with hashbrowns and vegetables and sausage, pancakes, and greek yogurt), and honestly it doesn't feel like much work when you get used to it. My family and I got really fast; we can make and eat huge meals in like ten minutes. Not sure if I have my life together, but personally I think breakfast is too yummy to pass up :)
I grew up in a family where breakfast was something that happen at school and so did lunch. At home once we hit old enough to cook lunch was up to us. We had food to eat but no one would do it for you. But dinner was a big deal.

people criticize me a lot when I say I don't eat breakfast at all, mostly I get "it's the most important meal of the day" or some other made up shit like that
I just think I would not be able to function. I am puzzled by people like you. I would probably punch a wall or slap someone if I try to live my day starting w/o a breakfast
I can't eat breakfast because eating that early in the morning makes me nauseous.
Last school year I had the earliest lunch period so I would just rely on that but I'm fucked this year bc now I have the last lunch period.
Pebbleinthepond (old user) suggested the idea this year that I try instant breakfast. The thing that you just pour in your milk and it gives you all the nutrients and things, but I'm not so sure about it. I dunno maybe I'll try just drinking things like smoothies and things in the morning

sometimes for me if I just drink a bit of juice instead of going all in helps get my appetite up
I eat breakfast everyday. Even with being in college and living in a dorm, I get up every morning, shower and go get breakfast from the dining hall even if my first class isn't until like noon. And I eat eggs and hashbrowns every morning and switch up on bacon and sausage. I find that if I eat plenty of protein at breakfast, I feel better throughout the day and it holds my appetite longer. A lot of times I won't get hungry for lunch until about 1 pm and I usually eat breakfast around 8:30 every morning.
I have a nutricious bfast every day. I make oatmeal pancakes or wheat toast and eggs (I make my own bread) and I am still a disaster! I jus really love breakfast
