Not exactly the same but in the same topic of heat and all that. When I'm in the shop for welding it's normally 10-15 degrees warmer in the shop than it is outside, because everything being done produces so much heat. So when the heat index was in the low 100's outside inside it was above 110 in the shop. When i got home my dad thought i was insane when i was wearing sweats in the middle of summer with a blanket on. He likes it at about 70 in the house and that's become cold to me.
Yeah, sure. But then there's the time that Atlanta got an inch and a half of wet slush, followed by an inch and a half of solid ice, followed by a week long overcast coldsnap that kept the temps under freezing.
I don't care who you are, or where you're from, that's just fucked up.
THE ATLANTA THING WAS BECAUSE SOUTHERNERS NEVER LEARNED HOW TO DRIVE IN THE ICE. GIVE THEM A FUCKIN BREAK. NEW YORKERS CLAIM THAT THERES A HEAT WAVE AND ITS ONLY LIKE 90 FUCKIN DEGREES OUTSIDE

We northerners are bitter because cold to southerners is heaven to us and we hate the weather but can't move because of family and jobs. Our family and jobs have been frozen. We are literally stuck here. Please help.
