When she asks you if she is beautiful don't answer yes or no ask her if you are beautiful, it will confuse her and she will take off her mask and ask you the question again and this time say "Do you think you are beautiful ?"
She will be extremly confused and will leave without hurting you
Inunaki Village lore is 100% made up. It was a major supplier of charcoal during WWI and WWII but was summarily evacuated after a massive flood in 1959.
There are a handful of villagers who still live there thanks to insanely cheap property costs, but ultimately it's mostly used as a small hunting post/village for wild boar.
