That's a sign of a very serious disease called prosencephalon disease of you don't believe me Google it but if that really is your dog or the dog of someone you know you should get the dog checked the sooner the better.

Yup, caused by liver damage, head trauma or a tumor. It's dangerous.

Omg, this is not good. Go to a vet. The dog is doing something called head pressing, and it is serious.
