An addiction can only be called so if the substance your taking does not have any productive way or usage in your organsim. The human body is mostly made out of liquid and basic cell function is dependent on it. It also has no neurological reactions like real drugs that make you crave it for the hormonal pleasure or negative repercussions for your body. Ergo not a drug
