Does anyone else physically react to the shitty things your brain decides to remind you about and pretend your stabbing your leg or like randomly say out loud "shut the fuck up" in front of other people and then have to explain to them that you were saying that to your brain?

the other day i was thinking about when it storms out side and I'm showering. what if tornado sirens went off while in the shower? i would have to run naked down two flights of stairs. I told my friend this, and sent me a dumb bitch gif. it was pretty accurate.

You're not alone, dear guest! When it happens as we're on the phone it's okay, but when we're physically together it's hard to explain, sometimes I can't bear the puzzled look on their face.

I keep having arguments. There are so many people. Sometimes are draw them or write their names, and someone asks me who they are, I just say that they are my friends.
