Okay, so. Best side dish. 2 cups shredded cabbage, 1/2 tbsp butter, thinly sliced (or 1 tbsp olive oil, if you want to avoid dairy). Microwave 90 seconds. Add 1 tbsp vinegar and pinch of salt. Toss. For SUPER AWESOME results use baby kale (young enough to hardly have the spines developed) and balsamic vinegar instead.
