Motherfuckers can heal the entire team no matter where they are.

I think he would have to do it one at a time i.e: Pacific ocean, Atlantic ocean, Indian etc.

You see, the blessing takes time to travel across the whole ocean. And the blessing takes 5 mana per second. So, without any mana potions, he cany do the WHOLE ocean.

yea a pope with a bless spell in a level 20 spell slot can bless the entire ocean on the material plane but only for 1d12+4 weeks
