No just check the guys Facebook and Twitter before the sale is made. Im all for the right to own guns. Im ok with it being just another tool and commodity do i think something should be done? Yeah.

They are. There is a NICS check for all dealer sales. FBI database returns a yes, 3 day hold, or no.
