Yes! Torsdag (thursday) litterally means Tor's dag/day.

onsdag (Wednesday) means Odens day and fredag (Friday) means Frejas day. I'm not sure about the rest though

Sun and Moon day, Saturn's Day (Chronos in Greek). Not sure about Tuesday.

Autumn in Norwegian is Høst, which means to harvest.
Many of you know more than me about this, I'm a bad Norwegian.
