He is pretty much insinuating that people who prefer god over science to explain things are idiots. Plus he loves to be the smartest person in the room. Many people can't really handle that very well. He's right though and he usually is just that person. You see, from a certain angle below, knowledge and intelligence look just like arrogance.

Nah. And I'm not disagreeing simply because you're FSuser. There are MANY rational cool headed scientists out there that do the same thing as he does. Can't name them but in my CATHOLIC school in SCIENCE class we watched a lot of their videos and documentaries. Really opened up our thinking a lot and made us interested. Neil is the type of guy to hear a conversation in the next room then join in as if he was invited to talk that's why people dislike him. Or at least that's why I dislike him.
