Of the 3m jobs that are open today, perhaps 95 percent of them suck? Otherwise they would be filled, right?
None, the jobs that Mike Rowe is referring to are skilled labor jobs, mostly blue collar, that people aren't doing because everyone is told that college is the only path to success in the US.
It's relevant to you but maybe not to me.
you guys seem to like arguing about this shit and that's fine but I don't want to have to deal with it and see it every single day
I've already said that I don't like seeing them by default. I just don't see why we can't have a substance dedicated to Trump and Hillary posts, posts about the U.S. and other country's problems, etc. I don't see why that is such a horrid idea.
Disagreement is fine. You think there should be politicalsubstance, I disagree. It's easier to expect you to ignore posts you don't like than to make a politicalsubstance simply because a handful of users think post like this foster disarray and disharmony.
"Disagreement is fine", yet when I disagree I am immediately hit with a barrage of people all screaming to me about the exact same thing.
But if I were to agree then no one would even acknowledge that I said anything.
I never asked for an argument. I just asked for another substance. This could easily fit in a Talk substance but then they removed that.
They should replace Funsubsters with Talk because selfies aren't very important.
Lmao I need two degrees for my career. One to get into law school and then one to actually be a lawyer.

I received my job without a 4-year degree. Instead, my experience got me the job even though it did require a 4-year degree. Experience can be just as good (if not better) than a degree.
Those with degrees aren't that "street smart". The difference can be noticeable.
There's a difference between having a job and having a job that makes you feel satisfied with yourself. No matter how rich your personal life is if your job sucks you won't be happy.

I'm sceptical.

I meant posts specifically uploaded to cause disharmony and disarray like these should not be posted on this substance but another.
