Except one time when his label said they had received a yes when the original artists had said no. He felt really bad about that. It was "Amish Paradise".

Coolio didn't want "Gangstas Paradise" parodied because it was such a personal and meaningful song to him.

He later recanted and apologized to Al for what I'm assuming was the ruckus he caused because of the misunderstanding.
