Actually when Deadpool got his Regeneration every cell in his body became cancerous. His regeneration regenerated the cancer cells more than healthy ones ;)

Deadpool here that wouldn't be a good idea. They would die within days

But he's a ball of cancer. "The cancers only in my lungs, liver, prostate and brain. All things I can live without" or something to that effect. After the X program then everything from his skin to his heart is a ball of cancer. There are times in the comics where he curls in a ball and mumbles about his skin hurting. Where has the logic gone?
