In sun and moon, when you talk to certain people and read the pokedex entries, you realize people eat pokemon. It's not a big deal

In one episode of then 1st season you could see actual fish swimming around in misty's gym

Not true, earlier episodes showed regular fish and I think birds. There's also things like Pikachu being a "mouse pokemon".

Ok so literally pokemon (actually the short version of pocket monsters) is pretty much their version of animals. So what. Also if you guys are confused because you don't know any crab/lobster based pokemon even though they are eating crab/lobster there is: krabby, kingler, corphish and crawdunt just to name a few

Also yes there are TONS of fish pokemon so don't even argue that there are normal animals. LEGIT I WILL GO OVER TO YOUR HOUSE AND WE CAN WATCH THE WHOLE SEASON ONE POKEMON AND I WILL NAME EVERYTHING
