I don't cry much, but this has me close. That poor man; it's sobering to think of everything that people in these jobs have to go through. I would never want to be responsible for those types of decisions.
Man...Paramedics, I couldn't imagine being in the situation that he was put in...That's awful. I hate to admit it but its an unneccesary evil. He should have told them , in my opinion because more than likely it will happen again. If they don't know how he died then they cant prevent it in the future...Yes they will hurt at first and it may drive them to drinking but that child died needlessly and I am positive the child suffered. Sad and unfortunate for all involved.

problem is, if he doesn't do something about them having their baby sleep it the same bed, this will happen again. another baby will die.
I agree. There is good with him telling the parents what actually happened but on the same token it could be devastating. With me being a parent it would kill me knowing I suffocated my child but at the same time if I was unaware of why my child died, I wouldn't know how to fix the problem. I would hope that people are more intelligent than to sleep with their child or if they do make sure they have a raised bed or something for the kid to sleep on.
I... um...
Was this a Moth show?
