I think you're just a bit too young and inexperienced to realize that people make up shit all the time on the Internet, especially on Twitter, just for attention, likes, and retweets.
I'll take shit that could have happened. I mean, it's something she could have done herself. It didn't involve other people, and it wasn't particularly skillful or luck based.

yeah, that is a good point i suppose
still, i'll remain skeptical of anything i read on the internet
Good point indeed, I'm just skeptical of the fact that she took off her bra without taking off her T-shirt and while driving. And still, doubting something is not a reason to get so triggered and butthurt like bones over there.

You can unclasp a bra (ie most standard bras) one handed and as long as it's not a long sleeved t-shirt all you have to do is slide the straps down, pull your arms up through them and out on both sides and you can pull the bra off on either side through the sleeves. It's not difficult.
I'm female. I know. It's harder with big boobs though cause the bra cups get stuck on them. *insert sad pepe*. But pulling that off while driving...that must be a feat even if she was driving an automatic stick shift.

I'm part of the itty bitty titty committee so I find it really easy :D
It's an exaggeration for comedic purposes, and she stated that she "just" did the thing while driving. It's a safe assumption that she's still driving.
Now that I've explained the joke, feel free to commence pissing yourselves laughing.
I think you're being too narrow with your interpretation of "just." Even if she were, the rest of your comment would still make no sense: it's not a blog and she's clearly not starting it.
Good job trying to slide out of your own poorly-thought-through comment. I'll hit you where it hurts, don't worry. https://goo.gl/mYog3g Unless you've got kink for that (I'm not judging).

This is all in jest, right? Don't take things I say too serious, Maty.

2) depends on what kind of top you're wearing.

Trolling.
Scamper off now, sparky.
Scoot along now, slick.

Who said I'm "sliding out" of my comment. I stand by it.
Toddle along now, infant.
