I feel as though guys should have some say if they want to stay around because I mean, they did help make it and if they want to stay around then it's technically their baby too

Sure, but it's not the man that's experiencing a human being cultivated inside their bodies. They helped, yet it's not the same amount of effort and tribulation, so women definitely have more say in this than men
If they are expected to fun the little thing, the father should have a say in what happens to it. If the father isn't given a say, then he can't be expected to pay for it when it is alive if he said from the start that it wasn't a good idea. On the other hand, the mother isn't the only one who can become attached to the thing emotionally and you should take into account the fathers feelings for the thing, provided he is ready to handle the responsibility later.
Unless the pregnancy develops a high chance of permanent damage to the mother, both parents should have an equal say in the matter. If complications arise in the later stages that were previously unforeseen when the mother already didn't want it, then have the father pay compensation if he is the cause that the process went that far.
Idk I think that when it comes to pregnancy and stuff around it, a woman has definitely more say in it than a man. Unless that man is a gynecologist.
But when it comes to abortion, forcing a woman to have a baby even if she doesn't want to is equally bad as forcing a man to forever pay child support for a baby he didn't want. Both parties must agree to having a baby, otherwise they should abort it. That way neither party can manipulate the other into giving away their reproductive rights.
Still, the post is pretty funny. I also like that the women in the photo look like they stare at the title in surprise and disbelief.
No they can't guest. Hell, you even have men being forced to pay child support after it was proven that they were not the real father or when the child resulted from the man being raped.
Hmm... not sure that comparison is entirely accurate.
There's a difference between having an opinion on consequence and morality and having been heavily trained in a specific discipline.
Behind this argument is the same fundamental egocentrism that makes nearly every abortion argument fail. The pro-choice person thinks that the woman's body and experience and rights are the only real consideration. It fails to even attempt to address the pro-life perspective, which also considers the rights of the fetus. Rights that women are in no way magically more able to understand than men are.
Plus, getting told that your opinion doesn't matter because of your gender gets old real quick. Ths irony would be funny if it weren't so sad.
