@fatpenguin there's a difference between forcing someone into sex and probably destroying their mental health and stealing a loaf of bread or christmas ornament
Yes, overpower them or knock them out, then strip them naked, and perform acts on their body and sexual organs against their will as punishment. Rape the rapist. In so doing you say that rape can be justified, that if someone deserves it, if they need to be punished, its fine to rape someone. The majority gets to decide who can be raped of course, so no problems there I can see. It's not rape you say? Defend it. Tell me how it isn't rape, or how or why they deserve it, excuse the behavior on circumstance. Now listen to an unrepentant rapist. It should sound familiar to you at this point. That's not even getting into wrongful convictions, female rapists, men who have no balls or already had their balls crushed, the fact harsh punishment doesn't do much for crime but especially crimes of passion that occur in a moment, or a host of moral and practical issues. Rape is one of humanities lowest crimes, but becoming scum to fight scum won't help anyone or make the world better.
Right. Now imagine the psychological effects of having your balls crushed by the government with people cheering them on.
