I'm definitely old enough to drink, only I've never noticed food pairings on the back of a wine bottle before.... it's it often things as obscure as ratitle snake? Do people eat rattle snake in utah?

I'm just assuming but since rattle snake is on a restaurant menu in rural Maryland, Utah wouldn't be a stretch for it as well.
