It can be humiliating for some, or he might not be near one. There's a lot of stigma associated with receiving any sort of help, even if you are literally homeless and broke.

25 $ for a razor and shirt. I bought razor five years ago, I still shave with it, occasionally sharping it AND a shirt for dollar and a half altogether. I'd probably do better on that interview. Hire me!
