Wait is this saying when Bolt was running a 100m when he reached 40m his time was 4.64? So that is not the whole race just the first 40m?

Than it doesn't matter how fast he was at part of the race seriously he could walk for 2 seconds than run the rest if the way and it only matrers how the whole race went not part.
