One time at band camp, we had to hold a plank for 5 minutes straight, and the clock would reset every time someone dropped. Thanks to one dumbass tuba player, we ended up doing planks for almost 45 minutes

Am I the only one that feels weird calling it "THE plank"? I just call them planks. Tip, have partner add plates to your back, crazy burn!
