Babies don't think in language until they start learning to talk. Deaf adults think in whatever language they speak or learned.

No idea haha I guess that would depend on how deaf they are...how much speech they can hear ??

My friend is partially deaf in one ear and knows sign language, so she thinks partly in English and partly in BSL, as in she visualises the hands making the signs in her head the same way we hear a voice speak the language we think in

As it happens in have a good friend who was born deaf and he thinks in sign language. He has no concept of spoken word
