Same! I even use hand gestures, but then I realise that they can't see my hands.

I have this bad habit of nodding while talking on the phone before realizing that they can't see my face.

I pace around and it drives people nuts (even the person on the other end, because I slam doors as I go room to room.)

I walk around or doodle. Sometimes both so there are little sections on my walls with random doodles and designs
