My mom is also adamant about us never missing school. I could be dying with the flu and she'd still send my ass to school. I remember I once ended up getting my entire class sick and me and like four other students were the only ones to show up to school one day

You know, no matter how ill I was my mam would always send me to school and whilst being at school and the teachers sent me home I'd have to walk a mile. But, my little brother gets a headache he gets five days off school! no word of a lie that happened. It really annoys me. Favourite child, pft!
