@silvermyth, much of it is natural. The earth has been warming since the last ice age. But the rate it's warming has grown exponentially since the Industrial Revolution.
In short, climate change is natural, but man is having a dangerous influence on the rate.
Climate change or not, our oceans are getting fucked up by the rising CO2 levels. Our ocean is the largest carbon sink on Earth, but by taking in atmospheric CO2, it also lowers the pH of the water by creating carbonic acid.
and here comes all the fox news arm chair scientists who know more than people who study it for a living

even if i don't think that global warming is a scam.. if it IS / WOULD..then the graph you see in the picture means nothing. we didn't do the temperature messasures..we don't know if this graphs etc. are real. they could just be faked / changed in some way. so if they want us to think it's real, and try to proof this with "messasures"..this means nothing if this messasures come from them self. the same way i could say to you "it gets colder every winter! in 10 years we are all dead!!".. and proof this with graphs and data displays i created by my self with fake data. so..if they would want to fake this, they could.. so basicly.. this graphs like this on the pictrue dosn't really mean anything if they come from "them".
If you choose to reject overwhelming scientific consensus you aren't going to last long in today's world. Also, understanding climate science doesn't make you a snowflake. I am quite the conservative and it's common sense that human activity alters the climate of the planet. The only ambiguity in the theory exists in the severity of the consequences of climate change.
I mean I'm a believer of climate change but by saying " choose to overwhelming scientific consensus " isn't a sound argument.
Scientists used to think that heroin and cocaine we're good medicine. They used to think smoking was okay to do and encouraged pregnant women to do it. While climate change is real, using peer pressure and insults isn't the way to convince people of it
Science in the 1900s is nothing like science in the 21st century dumbass. There are thousands of research papers on the existence of climate change with actual evidence unlike heroin being "a good medicine". Scientific consensus today is achieved by intense pondering of critical research. Cut the ridiculous equivalence of modern science with the shit that passed for science in the past. You say not to use insults after calling someone retarded. Stating that scientific consensus exists is not the same as peer pressure; it's intended to demonstrate that authorities in the field agree on the science, aiding its credibility.
I wasn't the one who called someone retarded. I've never called anyone retarded.
I'm saying that using peer pressure isn't a good argument and all you're saying is that " scientists agree so obviously it's true " and even provided examples about how science isn't always right. We could learn A BUNCH of new information as science becomes better and things that we thought are okay can end up not being okay and stuff we thought was right can be wrong. Just because the MAJORITY believes something doesn't mean it's true.
I even said first that I believe in climate change.
Try googling "milankovitch cycles", global warming scammers, and see how the SUN changes earth's temperature - and climate. But you won't, will you, because like all religionists, you can't stand someone pointing out that the whole basis for your "beliefs" is based zilch.
It's as much a theory as the theory of gravity. It's as unproven as the risks and benefits of vaccinations and the sphere shape of the earth. Go ahead, devise an experiment that falsifies it. And look, it's already showing effects: theguardian.com/environment/radical-conservation/2017/apr/05/climate-change-life-wildlife-animals-biodiversity-ecosystems-genetics
