Alt-right and Nazi's picked it up because because for some reason it got put on a white supremacist hate symbol list or something, and moreso because the left absolutely despised it to the point of wanting it on a hate symbol list. It's just a stupid cartoon frog that gets peoples panties in a twist, and anyone who claims otherwise is wrong.
Then the right just started owning their pepes because morons wanted to claim a cartoon frog was racist because trump tweeted a meme.

The very nature of a meme is that someone gives a random picture a meaning and let's it out there, but s/he has little control and has to let it interact with the world outside. The less obvious such a meme is, the higher chances are its "given" meaning will be varied. When you say Pepe is (rather: was) one of the most versatile memes, that more or less means it's been out there for the taking. And the alt-righters and the meninists (who didn't catch the satire) saw it, grabbed it and took it home. That's what happened. I don't believe a large number of meme aficionados is using Pepe to "act out the roll of white supremacy" and kindred characters, most of those mean it. Lots of them in the Breitbart comment sections. At the same time I don't think HRC or the NYT have much of an influence on the perception of a meme.
And who is "we" btw? The Federal Meme Agency? The General Meme Factory?

"they just went along with the joke due to 1) it pissed people off and that is fun for them 2) they didn't care because anonymity." which 3) made it familiar, popular and attractive with white supremacists. Totally amazing job there, meme brigade.
If you voted for Trump and are not a rightwing nut and/or a white-first kind of person, you can only be very, very stupid. Voting for Trump cause you hated HRC is exactly like you don't like the beer in a bar, so you drink out of the loo.

Awww... those poor, misunderstood Trump voters. What a bunch of sensitive and fragile creatures. Forced by the left media to do... what exactly? Exercise their right to vote for whoever they preferred for whatever reason? Talking reason (lol) - how have those first 3 months been working for you so far, about what you expected? Did he do what you wanted him to do, when you voted for him? If no, are you disappointed? I'm not gonna ask for the "yes" scenario, cause that'd be creepy, guess I don't really want to know. Maybe deporting your inlaw?

Soo... how have those first 3 months been working for you so far, about what you expected? Did he do what you wanted him to do, when you voted for him? And what happened between 08 and 12? From HRC to a black tea Party guy, as portrayed by Dave Chappelle, wasn't he? And then Ben Carson next to The Trump? Sounds super legit. Trump doesn't care who he's screwing, and is generally a living discrepancy, and there are non-white people in Trump crowds and that takes racism out of what he says and does? Makes a lot of sense.
You. Voted. For. Donald Trump! To. Become. POTUS! Who's next? The Situation?
Oh shut the fuck up and let people vote for who they want and deal with the consequences of their choices. The election was in November. You aren't special because of your vote.

I'm not even a citizen of your country, I couldn't vote against him and have to live with him, which really makes me afraid. What if he's throwing a tantrum and nukes Europe because Vladimir crosses him? He's a stark raving mad illiterate imbecile who can start a war, that's like a toddler with a gun, like a million times. For a european that's a terrible thought, I know, in your country that's more or less normal. And where exactly am I telling anyone what to do? Go to a safe space on Breitbart if any criticism of your choice is triggering you into epilepsy. You voted for the guy, you have to deal with him. Oh, by the way, in case I forgot to ask: how have those first 3 months been working for you so far, about what you expected? Did he do what you wanted him to do, when you voted for him? Oh, and if you don't want to be seen as a white supremacist, quit using white supremacist Pepe memes. Easy as that.
Are you a dumbass ?
You don't even live in the US but think you're more entitled to our politics than we are ?
Also, presidents need other parts of the governments approval to nuke them. There's no " big red nuke " button that can just be pushed and cause millions of people to be nuked.
And you can criticize all you want and I can reply to that criticism with my own. Just because someone disagrees with your criticism doesn't make them a pansy snowflake who needs safe spaces, so get off that high horse.
Also, no president is perfect or makes everyone happy or does everything they say they're going to do. They also can try to do things and be stopped through other levels of government, it's how we aren't in a dictatorship. It's been three months out of at least four years, that's not a long time and things take time. How is it over there with refugees raping your women and getting away with it and trying to force their laws onto you ? Your place isn't such a picnic either.
Lastly, in AMERICA we have freedom of speech and freedom of expression. Pepe is an ONLINE MEME, lots of people use it. Just because it randomly got some symbolism of racists doesn't mean you're racist if you use it, and if your solution is to tell people to just stop using it instead of not assuming people who use a meme are racists then you're just dumb.

I wasn't asking for everything he promised, just something. Anything. Just ONE thing. Please read what I wrote and refer to that and nothing else. Like, generally. For example I said "white supremacist Pepe memes", not any Pepe memes. It's up to you what kind of Pepe you let out, choose wisely, all I'm saying. Also try to look for other news sources. During and after the time Germany took in about a million people, the number of rapes actually went down. Those stories about mass rapes all over Europe are the very definition of fake news spread in the vicinity of Fox, Breitbart and Infowars. Pure madness.
And Obama sure made good on his campaign promises immediately, but sure, we'll be kind and give him the luxury of us being patient. No president in recent years has done anything with campaign promises unless it benefitted them or whomever sponsored them in the campaign trail. It's not like Trump is going to get his promises though that easy, he has to get approval from other branches of the government, and so far most people are being cautionary and waiting it out. I highly doubt that Hillary would've kept any promises, but that's a possibilty we've yet to see.
Well, ask the elected officials to make his promises reality, because that's how the legislation passes. We might have the power to elect the Pres, but we lack the power to directly vote on his policies, we elect other politicians to do that.

So what you're saying is that not only he doesn't do jack, but also the party that elected him and is running both senate and congress? I would even accept a concrete, detailed plan or strategy as something he's done so far. Preferably something half way coherent.
Remember when hot topic put some meme that originated on 4chan on a shirt? And 4chan got this huge company to get rid of it somehow? I hope this is gonna be like that lol
And who is "we" btw? The Federal Meme Agency? The General Meme Factory?
