I thought bananas were bad to have before bed because they're harder for your stomach to digest. Heard this from my mother by the way so she's most likely wrong.
Because they are too readily available. For most of human history fats and sugars were scarce so our brains evolved to make us love these things so that we ate them whenever we had the chance. Now sugars and fats are everywhere but we still crave them like we always have, so we eat too much and it is bad for our bodies
weight lost is posted twice but i find it funny because honestly none of the foods listed under good for you seemed filling at all. Like im not gonna eat 50 berries of some kind for a meal.
Don't believe the hype, acidic fruits like lemons and oranges, high in acid strips enamel off teeth causing tooth decay, and on and on life is short,live,LOVE and be happy.Thats how you stay healthy.
