I have a fidget cube. I have severe anxiety problems so it helps me relax. When I'm anxious I can't focus and I end up tapping a table, biting the sides of my nails, bouncing my leg, etc, so it helps me do something. Release the nervous energy.
Someone called out my friend for having the cube of this, when she was just holding it for her autistic brother.

YES thank you. People think that others only have them because it's a trend, or a meme, and bully people for it. In reality, fidget cubes and spinners were made to help people with those conditions to focus better. I also use it because when I fidget, I become destructive to myself or my surroundings without realizing it.
