Finding something you can just throw yourself into helps immensely. Once you find something you want to do sleeping constantly doesn't sound as good

Oh, god, it gave me insomnia. I went three years on two to four hours of sleep per night and all I wanted to do....

Sleeping is the only moment when you're safe from people hurting.

My coping mechanism is reading. I read and read and read, and when I'm not reading, I fantasize about the book. And reading. And finding out what's next in the book. And crying if the series ended. I don't even have the energy to care at all about my own life, I'm just too invested in a fantasy that won't come to relief. I am in physical pain!

Have you thought about making a user profile for yourself here? There are plenty of readers here, myself included. You're sure to find someone interested in the same authors/genres as you. :D

I switch of from mindless YouTube videos to sleeping. Sleeping is my favorite thing to do. It's the only place I'm happy :)
